Well what I have to say to start with is...."You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now this is the quote for the NEW me! If you don't do what's best for your body, you're the one who comes up on the short end.
I don't want to come up on the short end! I am 37 years old. A beautiful person inside and out...well minus the FAT! I look at pictures of me before the fat and think how beautiful I was....and inside I know I am that person, but when I look in the mirror and see what is really going on I gross myself out LITERALLY! The bad thing is I get grossed out and then go order a pizza or eat a cheeseburger and fries....during the holidays it was homemade cake or pie. I don't even really over eat or snack, but I love carbs and soda. I love to exercise, but I never find time with my husband across the country and alone with the kids....so I make excuses!
What I need is to find the inner motivation somewhere to keep from doing that!!! I want to eat fruits, veggies and good protein.....and forget all the bad! Now to find my journey. I'm starting my search. I'm not going to give up!
Here it is folks....."Rule your mind or it will rule you"!!!!!!! I'm ready for this challenge!
