FiddleFaddle Daily Grind ;)

Ahhhhh, there is only so much time in the day! Provider Link = check mark....accepted patient referrals......work email = checked. Working on reports for Wed. big business review = check...(currently in progress) Dentist called for my cavity, dentist called for Autumn's cavity, argh! Eye Dr's apt made for my contacts = all check. Now for the long part of the list that has not been finished yet! I am thankful for my glorious life though and give all the glory to God that I have a job to do and teeth to fill and children to make me love and laugh!!!!!

Seeing that my blog was created for my weight loss, let's see.......What have I had to eat today! Hmmm.....Oatmeal for breakfast, 2 cups of coffee, some peanuts & apples for a snack...that's it so far. Really wanting something gooooood for lunch! Oh well maybe I can control my wants and go grab some fresh veggies with a little ranch dip and a glass of crystal light. :) I'll be proud of myself if I can do this!!!! What I eat is a daily struggle.

The thing is..I'm fine with eating healthy until I get hungry, and my mind makes every excuse possible, even just screw it, so that I will give in and have something with carbs involved and I mean bad carbs, not good ones. French fries, burgers with the works, fried chicken, etc...you get me? Does anyone out in blogger land have any suggestions, other than mind over matter? Once my mind gets off track, it's beyond hard!!! Then I say I don't over eat, but eating an entire meal from fast food is over eating!

Enough on that, I have control right now and I'm getting ready to eat veggies :) One step at a time is all ya can do! I'd like to discuss some things that I need to do daily to keep life flowing like it should...for happiness, love, friendship, fellowship and a mature spirit in Christ!
  1. Wake up early
  2. Pray often
  3. Have devotion time alone w/ God early in the morning
  4. Remember to give God the glory throughout the day
  5. When you are not sure how to handle a situation in a Godly way...STOP & consult GOD!
  6. Remember when making decisions, think WWJD
  7. Drink lots of water
  8. Pray over meals and with family and friends throughout the day.
  9. Read the Bible with my children for at least 15 minutes every night.
  10. Pray for my children, my husband, myself, family, preachers & teachers with discernment from the Holy Spirit.
  11. Don't forget to be a Godly example to all, Always my children!
  12. Stop forgetting to pray for Autumn instead of yell at her over things that bother me!!!!
I think that would be a pretty great start if I can start with a few of these and work my way up! God is good and today is a blessed, wonderful day that He has made. So Rejoice!

Thanks for reading my fiddlefaddle blog! xoxo
